Our SmartBins have weight sensors at the bottom of them, so they notify us proactively, in advance, when parts are approaching their replenishment point. This technology replaces the old 2 step process of VMI reps having to go through the plant wasting precious time manually checking hundreds or thousands of bins, and then coming back to fill them later.
We eliminate 1 of those 2 steps and 50% of the labor in the process. We don't have to check the bins, we only have to refill them. It also means you don't run out of parts EVER, so production is never held up. We will allocate some of our CapEx to your facility and you can keep more of your cash in the bank.
